I'm experimenting with Hipchat as a possible chat client. It integrates with both Atlassian (some edits from a space can get posted to a designated room) and Github. Its one more account to get but the integration features make it worth it. Hey Rob, This was one of the tools I was curious about related to our atlassian accounts. I think a chat program would be very useful (and it's one tool I had some requests for when I was scoping tools). Do we really need a different tool? Or can it be added to our acme atlassian tool set? Although Atlassian owns it, it doesn't seem to be integrated to the point that its another menu-level option like Jira/Confluence/Bamboo and you can use the same account.
