Hi Richard, It should show the time zone if you look towards the lower right hand corner of the description box above the table. It probably already defaults to EST for you, but if not you can click on a link there to set it to another time zone. FYI, let's still meet at the normal time this coming Monday. The poll says that it is for next Monday, but we are really trying to find time slots for a recurring meeting. Please mark what times you are _generally_ available, rather than the times that you are available this specific week.

If we aren't able to find a Monday slot that works for everyone then we can expand the poll to include other days as well.
