Hi all, I had a quick chat with Jennifer this morning. She has forwarded along the materials that we have provided to the sponsor for follow-on funding, and they have come back with a request for additional information. Specifically they would like to better understand the bigger picture timeline and when "things" (e.g., prototypes) would be available. The timeline should include all the work being funded by the sponsor. They would like it by Friday the 3rd. I see it as encouraging that they are asking for more information. I don't think we want to include things that the sponsor is not covering in the timeline, but Steve may have feedback on that (and is on this list, right?). We discussed that if this timeline becomes part of the contract and prototypes become deliverables, that that would have an impact on the structure/costs. We will worry about that if/when it happens, but for the moment leave our deliverables as they are. For now, we just need to construct a timeline of activities and provide a little narrative to go along with it, summarizing the approach and goal. I think we can pull the timeline from the original proposal, with updates. I've attached the original version. I will be on a plane during the call slot today, but perhaps this is something that can be discussed on the call? Thanks, Rob ---
Rob, just to clarify, they want to see a 5 year timeline for the whole project? -Phil On 07/30/2012 10:21 AM, Rob Ross wrote:

It wasn't 100% clear. I think 5 years is a good choice. -- Rob On Jul 30, 2012, at 11:02 AM, Phil Carns wrote:
