The purpose of these meetings is to tackle open issues, look at progress on current projects, and handle any other operational discussions. We'll do a half hour of ticket buzz at each one of these, to go over problem tickets (so get your resolved tickets marked as such prior to the meeting). Prior to the meeting, I'll select some long-open issues for the buzz portion. I'll also post an agenda on the wiki prior to the meeting, which anyone can feel free to add to. This meeting replaces the daily sync, as the sync will be the first item on the agenda.
