We have tracked down this issue to an attached mobile device. This device is
using a particular version of ActiveSync which triggers a bug in our version of
Zimbra.

Short-term: the device has been removed from Zimbra, and everything is
equalizing out again.

Long-term: I'll need to upgrade our version of Zimbra to avoid this bug in the
future.

This ticket can be closed. I'll work on scheduling and performing a Zimbra
upgrade outside of the scope of this ticket.

Thanks!
mike rios.

We are currently experiencing a slowdown on one of the Zimbra mailbox servers.
We are examining this issue now, and have opened a ticket with Zimbra support.

This issue will affect users hosted on Zimbra mailbox server #1, primarily the
APS users.

We will continue to update this ticket as we get more information. Thanks!
