-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi Judy, We need to remove Silvia and Kathy's fax machine and set up the existing number to route faxes to their email accounts. We're going to do this with the Canon machines. I will need some phone numbers switched around to finish this off. 1. Move the main CELS fax number (2-5986) to 2d11 2. Move Silvia and Kathy's fax number to 4165 3. the current number from 2d11 is no longer needed, as it was never advertised. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Judy is working on the number swaps with telephone services. Here's what needs to happen on our end when that's she confirms they are done. 1. go to http://pr-4165.mcs.anl.gov 2. click additional functions (add. func.) 3. click forwarding settings 4. click "Forward without Conditions (Fax RX)" to edit 5. from the address book, select cels-fax, which sends to [email protected] 6. click ok...probably twice There's a long story I can explain some other time, but the short one is in order to make everything work, I had to set 2-6104 (the fax number previously printing out at pr-3168) to write to /mcs/incomingfax. We need to make that known. Ken Kenneth Raffenetti wrote:
