Sorry for the delay in getting back to you - bunch of stuff going on combined with travel schedules making things pretty hectic. I wouldn't bother renewing the software support on netvault at this point. I'm confident we'll be able to start providing backups for your servers before end of year. It's not clear to us at the moment there's an advantage to using the new library you have. It might come in handy at some point down the road, but the best path to getting things backed up at this point is to define a new backup pool for BIO, open the firewall conduits to allow the clients to start backing up, install the software on the designated clients, and start the backups. I'm copying the rest of the team on this ([email protected]) since I'm going to be on travel for all of next week. We need to identify where the data is that needs backing up (plus any desktops that need backups) and begin the migration plan based off that.
