Dear MCS,

There will be an All-Hands meeting of the MCS Division tomorrow, December 17, at 11:00 in TCS room 1416 (the big room in the conference center).   Recent safety-related incidents at the Lab (one in MCS) make it appropriate to revisit the safety topic.   This will not be a long meeting, but there is some business that we have to take care of as a division.  I need you to attend.
