According to DOE HQ and the U.S. Department of State, Cuba has been removed from the State Sponsor of Terrorism list. Cuba will be considered Sensitive until further notice. The State Sponsor of Terrorism list now consists of Iran, Sudan
and Syria (T-3 list).
