Why not announce now that we'll begin the transition two weeks, and complete it in three?

Hi Julie,

I am copying Craig, Lisa and Lukasz on this email. I know we had to delay shutting down these instances as we needed more time to do so in order to not negatively impact end-users. As we are paying Bill through end of July, I am mindful of removing linkages to Bill, but want to make sure we can do so in an appropriate timeframe.

Craig, Lisa, Lukasz - can you speak to timing and when we can transition these instances off of Bill's amazon account?

Hello Paul.

Bill Mihalo has 15 EC2 Amazon instances running under his name. and would like to have these instances shut down so he can delete his amazonaws account. Anyone from the globus.org project has the ability to login to these instances and shut them down.

He would like these instances taken out of service by June 30. Could you let the people affiliated with the globus.org project that this is something that needs to be addressed?
