The new Zimbra domains (mcs.anl.gov, alcf.anl.gov, and cels.anl.gov) are now active in userbase for any new account or resource requests. Users visiting the account request or resource request page will now be able to choose which domain their Zimbra and/or forwarding address lives, and they will not get a zimbra.mcs.anl.gov account. The new resources are named mcs-mail, mcs-forward, alcf-mail, alcf-forward, cels-mail, and cels-forward. The old resources (mail, forward) are now marked as not selectable. Over the next week I'll be migrating users from the old domain to the new one, and updating their userbase record to reflect reality. So far, I've only done me, Dan, and Ken. I want to do a few more onesy-twosey conversions before unleashing the conversion script after the outage. I'm looking for volunteers. The userbase changes above only affect new users or new resource requests at this point. If the account or resource was already requested, they're getting the old one and will have to be moved. I'll handle that, too. At this point, deactivating the old resources won't do anything, so if a user or admin needs to deactivate the old mail or forward resource, ping me. New Method • Your login name is your email address ([email protected],[email protected], [email protected]) • Your password is your main MCS password If this doesn't work for you, try the Old Method below.

Old Method Your login name is your email username followed by "-mcs".

• For example, [email protected] would use "raffenet-mcs" to login to Zimbra. Your password is your Argonne domain password.
