Jeff Rossiter is our new student, and today's his first day. He's sitting in front of the help desk. Drop by and say hi when you get a chance. We'll get him spun up on help desk, added to the right mailing lists, unix groups, etc. and get him working on the self-service SVN repo machine over the coming week.
