Chris is going to wait for the cable guy to arrive between 8 AM and sometime in 2012. While the fancy splice job I did in the back yard tonight returned service to an operational state, I did manage to scare them into coming tomorrow morning to fix it properly. If he shows up bright and early, I'll head on in, otherwise I'll just stay here.. While he's here, I won't be online (obviously) but I should be fine before unless the splice job falls apart.. (You would be surprise what a pair of butt splice connectors can do!
