Secretary Chu will be here on June 3 for a half day. Eric would like to follow the schedule we put together last year for his visit as outlined below. The time allotment is 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. I recall we were going to set up a monitor in one of the conference rooms that the latter three folks could speak to. You would lead off the visit walking him through and into the room showing the area for expansion; then proceed to the conference room. Let me know if this still works. We’re also planning a dry run for May 27th starting at 12:30 p.m. I expect we’d be in your area around 1:30. Please advise of your availability. Thanks,
