SC10 will be here before you know it. Dates are Nov 13-19, 2010 in New Orleans, LA. Please contact your admin at your first opportunity with the information below. This is due by July 9, 2010. This is our deadline for DOE approval for your travel to SC10. Please remember that this is a very busy time for your admin. Your full cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Your admin will need the following information:

*Registration type (technical or exhibitors badge - Remember that the Exhibitors badge is included in the Technical badge fee) *Arrival date *Departure date *Participation - example: booth manager, presenter, attendee, etc. *Travelers justification - see below sample *Hotel - yes or no *Who is paying for your travel - ANL, U of C, Other etc.

I will be presenting portions of both an all-day MPI and all-day I/O tutorial. He will attend the IUSV visualization workshop and will meet with members of the IUSV SciDAC Institute, including Han-Wei Shen and Kwan-Liu Ma. Also will be participating in the PVFS Birds of a Feather meeting. In addition, he is on the tutorials and posters committees and is an author of one paper being presented. He is also planning to run a visualization demo in the MCS booth to demonstrate the viability of parallel volume rendering on Blue Gene. He expects to meet with vendor representatives, including Cray and IBM representatives.
