Can those dedicated folks still working this week wrangle yourselves over to 221 to move ALL the rack-mount UPSs on the floor of the BMR to the south wall along the windows. DIS is moving racks into the space and can't get them past the pile. This work needs to be done today or tomorrow by COB. Please let me know who is involved and when its done. -corby
I'm available for it. Is there a palette jack over there or other lift? On Dec 22, 2009, at 1:15 PM, Schmitz Corby wrote:

I can lend a hand too, although Jason and I have scheduled maintenance today on fusion. Note that unless the doors are unlocked/open, one now needs prox card access to the BMR. I sent a note out about it a week or two ago w/ the contact to have your card added. Mine should have been added, so I can at least let folks in if the doors are locked. Max and I safely moved all of the UPSes and boxes of HDs to be shredded to the front wall of the BMR giving DIS a path to move equipment in. We left one bunch of batteries that are potentially energized and could arc covered in plastic, labeled CAUTION and with a caution cone next to them. We're scheduling to talk to Lilian on the best way to safely move these, but DIS said what we did today is good for their immediate needs. On Dec 22, 2009, at 1:15 PM, Schmitz Corby wrote:
