For each room, do up a separate spreadsheet, and I'll merge them into the master. One thing I forgot to mention in the meeting today is that we also need to inventory some other rooms: Help Desk: Tina will take this. A216, A261, C244, 203-C230, A235, B228, A142A: We're taking the projectors from these conference rooms. It's an open question as to whether we're taking *all* the projectors, or just the ones that aren't for AccessGrid stuff. For now, let's inventory them all. John & Bryant, I'd like you two to split up these rooms and inventory them. Hackspace, Buildspace: Let's talk about this one tomorrow at the cleanup meeting. D255: We're taking care of the plotter and the computers. (I wonder where the plotter will go in the new building... probably in the open space next to the help desk.) Hm. I guess I mentioned this in the meeting but not the e-mail -- these inventories were due today. I'm missing Max (I did his, since he's out), Bryant, Rick, Narayan, Linda, Hunter, JohnV, Beth, Corby... If you haven't done yours, please do it and get it to me first thing Monday morning via e-mail (I'll be in Knoxville, home of the Sun Sphere). If you've done it and I listed you, I can't seem to find it, so re-send. == Craig On May 18, 2009, at 4:27 PM, Craig Stacey wrote:

Thanks to all who got this to me. I've made up the ones I didn't get. On May 29, 2009, at 6:38 PM, Craig Stacey wrote:
