It doesn't; Joliet Rd == I-55 between I-294 and I-355. I'd recommend taking Cass north to Plainfield, Plainfield east to LaGrange Rd or East Ave, and then north to Ogden. It's really not bad to just take Kingery north to Ogden east, that's what I did last time. Kingery becomes limited-access north of Willowbrook, and Ogden is on rush-hour east-west traffic-light timing, so once you make the right turn, you're green.
