The current Adobe maintenance site agreement expires on September 30, 2012.

I will be using the Eracent data to obtain the information on the current Adobe requirements for this year and will forward for each division the products and counts for review and cost code request by next week.

Currently, there are 6786 devices that have reported into the Eracent database.

The Eracent data that I plan to use for the Adobe counts will be limited to the machines that have reported in within the last 3 months (since May 21, 2012).

The reasoning behind using the 3 month time is because there have been a number of machine refreshes across the organization with excessed or retired machines still in the DB. In addition, that maybe the 3 month time is an adequate enough timeline for remote devices to have connected to the network and be included counts.
