If you elect an on-call shift, you will not be charged a vacation day for that day (or you'll be charged one less vacation day if it's on an actual holiday). Your duties will be: * check the ticket queue every two hours. * If something is broken fix it. Come in if you have to. * Handle any tickets that come in that you're capable of handling. You don't have to be on-site unless something requires it.
