So here is the ticket system that CIS uses: https://argonne.service-now After speaking with Gene this morning, he has informed me that unless you actually respond to tickets from the above site, it is not recorded in the ticket? So if you respond back via email to a ticket you submitted, it will not go into the ticket and they don’t see it. (Gene, am I saying this correctly, per our conversation this morning) Gene is going to see if Systems can get access to this site so we can track out tickets we send to CIS. T
