Description: Right now, the mira login node cluster has the wrong name (miralacNSD), and only 1 node is actively being used by users. We should rebuild this closer using a proper name, and configure the GPFS settings to support a login environment, and test if possible. Eventually, everything will transition to having the mira lions being a part of this cluster, but I'd like to get the foundation for all of that setup before we need to do 45 things at once. Even if we don't open up the other lacs to user login yet, we would have everything ready.

- delete the miralacNSD cluster (it's a namespace only, gpfs0 is LOOOOOONG gone) - delete remote cluster authorizations for this cluster from NSD clusters, and delete the RSA keys - build new GPFS cluster miraloginIO.mira.i2b.alcf.anl.gov cluster - setup GPFS tunables to cater to a login environment (more file/inode caching, etc) - do some simple tests if there is time - hostbased (as root) must work between miralac1-4 - during this timeframe, the infrastructure team could also update the other login nodes (miralac2-4) if they would like. Might be worth another ticket…
