Given what I tried to access was https://www.mpich.org/static/docs/v3.2/www3/MPI_Win_fence.html, perhaps someone can figure out how to mirror the MPICH man pages on Github pages. They can even be auto-generated by Travis CI, although I can't say that I've done the auto-deployment stuff in Travis before.
