As of last week, I had no trouble finding the MPICH docs online. This morning, when I go to e.g. http://www.mpich.org/static/docs/v3.1/www3/MPI_Alloc_mem.html, I see this:

Not Found

The requested URL /static/docs/v3.1/www3/MPI_Alloc_mem.html was not found on this server.

Is this a transient error or did something change on your website?
