I am trying to build with cygwin (gcc 4.9.2) on Windows 8.1

Searched for MPIX_Grequest_class_allocate in FAQ and here.

Requested files attached. There is no hwloc/config.log.

The instructions in the README are excellent. That is

appreciated.
