The problem is still there after passing -disable-maintainer-model. I attched c.txt and m.txt below.

Which version of mpich are you using?  This typically happens when you have a timestamp mismatch and make thinks it needs to rerun autotools.  You can try passing --disable-maintainer-mode to configure to help with that.
