I have a problem running my parallel program using MPICH2. I was wondering if you could help me!

When I run mpiexec I get this error:

ERROR:Connect on sock (host=ZANA-PC 192.168.1.13 , port=1472) 
failed, exhaused all end points
SMPDU_Sock_post_connect failed.

I will appreciate any help,
