Hi, Outside of office hours I'm trying to reboot softenv development. While I intend a rewrite, I'd like to start by patching the existing legacy softenv to make a 1.6.{3..n} since it may be awhile before I even have an alpha softenv 2. I know that within LCF we've had to patch softenv 1.6.2 to fix bugs. I'm guessing others have fixed bugs and/or made enhancements and no one has been available to take them "upstream." If you have fixes or enhancements you'd be willing to share please pass them along. I've got a git repository set up at: https://github.com/wscullin/softenv2 and will pull in changes - or if you want to keep your hands completely clean, I'll take diffs / patch files.
