Hi,
Next Friday (16th Oct) at 3pm please join me in a celebration of the completion and occupancy of the Theory and Computing Sciences Building.
I've asked Joe Lambke (the TCS Architect) to give a talk on the ideas behind the building and some of the unique features of the building and to give us his sense of the experiment we are now in and what he would like to know from the building users over time about how things are working. We will follow this with a question and answer session and reception to acknowledge those that worked hard to create TCS and that enabled us to get to this point.
The lecture and celebration will take place in the TCS conference center.
All those in TCS are welcome to attend.
Cheers,
--Rick
