Here it is! I know you've been waiting for it! The document combining the partition, part, etc., descriptions submitted by Carl, Tim, and Onkar is attached. In the functionality sections, I listed items that everyone (mostly) agreed on. In the questions sections, I listed items that either I didn't understand or for which I didn't sense a concensus.
