Hi,
The problem is the fasta files end in a ^Z end-of-file character which is being misinterpreted by the system. The simplest fix for now would be to remove this character and resubmit the files -- open with a plain simple text editor, go to the end of the file, delete everything after the last sequence character even if nothing is visible, you may lose a line break which you can add back in, then save, that should take care of it.

Submitted a few datasets yesterday. Not sure if there is a problem but the page indicated 10 minutes to process but it is about 18hrs later and still same stage. I have refreshed the page as of this morning and I am using Firefox ;-)
