Hello, I have 4 samples for metagenomic analysis in MG-RAST. Now the first sample data has been uploaded and being analysed. Could I upload the second in the meantime? As I found it always failed in uploading the second data. Is it the reason? Furthermore, my data is from solexa GA sequencing and so is very large. For example, the largest data is about 240M after compression. Is this out of the limit in your website that lead to upload failure? Could you kind please help me check for the reason?
