Hi, job 6138 has the HMP lane 2 results -- all sequences were run against RDP, only the first 1 Gbp was run against SEED protein database, and silva and green genes were not run. The phylogenetic profile against SEED has 80% euk -- probably contamination, but the RDP profile has 100% bacterial. Not sure what this means. I had to bypass some load steps in the pipeline, if you see anything extremely odd that may be the reason. Mark
