Hi, The job you submitted to MG-RAST (14008, SS_20_75_25000) has failed as the sequence file does not conform to the FASTA standard. The sequence identifiers are required to immediately follow the '>' character without any space on the header lines. Also, the sequence identifiers are required to be unique and there are multiple header lines which have the sequence ID 'intergenic'.
