Hi- When I make a PCoA plot and try to group the various libraries, the colors don't correspond with the library numbers. So I'm not sure if the dots are mislabeled with the library numbers, or if the mechanism to color in the dots is incorrect. This is a recent problem, because I was able to correctly group PCoAs just a few weeks ago.
