Bob, When mgrast v2 went live the SGE jobs were not configured correctly and a bunch of jobs failed. I got most of them running again exept for two (1260 and 1257) which I will need some help with. Mark On Mon, 29 Sep 2008, Robert Olson wrote:

The MG-RAST server is currently experiencing an incredible load spike, this triggered to a software problem. The jobs will be restarted by us, it usually takes a couple of days to compute the data required for metadata analysis. You will be informed when the computation finishes.
