Hi, The job you submitted to MG-RAST (3909, Earthworm_1) has failed due to a formatting isssue in the sequence file. There are a number of ID lines which do not have sequences, identified by the 'length=0' in the ID line, e.g.

FW61IOL01AMNS4 length=0 xy=0140_3958 region=1 run=R_2009_06_08_13_38_38_ which is causing our fasta checker script to complain. Please remove these ID lines and resubmit your job to the MG-RAST server.
