Try it now.  I've given you the same permissions as everyone else

(TRAC_ADMIN), so you should be able to do whatever you want now.

I suspect that the permissions setup is not quite perfect yet.  We

have to play the balancing game between SPAM, letting anonymous users

do things, and forcing/allowing users to create accounts.
