I've moved the new nightly tests to run on the mpich2-1.2.1 branch. If things are working fine, we should release it tomorrow instead of waiting till Thursday. Are there any other pending changes?

The release has to go out before the MPICH2 BoF, which is on Thursday. Given that we want at least one night of tests to go through before the release, the complete freeze for 1.2.1 will be tomorrow evening.
