Everyone,

It seems she a’singing.  It looks like everything is lined up for the House and Senate to pass the FY-12 Maxibus that will fund most of the government including the Department of Energy.

So – what does it mean for NE?  We are still figuring out the details, but attached is a spreadsheet you might find useful.  It captures the President’s Request, House and Senate Marks, and the final Omnibus numbers.

NE will be working out the exact numbers in the next few days – but now it is a matter of accounting for taxes and other things.  We have our top line numbers.  Soon they will be written in law (literally).
