Folks, I know we’re all exhausted from the work package preparation and the PI meeting preparation. I wish there were some way we could spread all these activities out across the year. Recall there will be an FCRD Annual Review Meeting (Gaithersburg) the week after our PI meeting. NEAMS has a 4 hour slot to represent our work. We are given the latitude to organize as we wish. So, I solicit your opinions. Would you prefer we represent the year’s achievements through presentations by several of the PMT members, or would you prefer to ask individual WPMs/PI’s to present select achievements, or both? We should have nailed this down more than a week ago, but refer to sentence one above. ;-) Please share your opinions with me by COB tomorrow (Friday). If there is a consensus, we’ll go with it. If not, we’ll make an executive decision. Regardless, I anticipate that all the material will already have been prepared for the PI meeting, and the remaining challenge is to find folks who can travel to the beltway in 2 consecutive weeks.
