Folks, I’ve been getting calls about FY2011 work packages (WPs) from FY2010 work package managers (WPMs). If I didn’t say it before, let me say it now. It would be inappropriate to prepare work packages for laboratories other than your own without engaging a point of contact that those laboratories. Those labs are eager to know what level of funding you intend to provide, and what the scope of work is you expect. Please make sure that process has taken place before submitting your work packages.
