PMT'ers, Daren Jensen has performed a QA assessment on all the NEAMS work packages. His results appear in the attached spreadsheet. Please contact your work package managers and ask them to send a brief response to each highlighted comment (yellow and red). Their responses should be sent to Daren directly ([email protected]) as well as yourself and myself. We should receive those responses by COB, Wednesday, April 7. That will provide us with time to review the responses and then address them on a case-by-case basis with each WPM at the PI meeting. Thanks for your help with this. ~Keith

I have been assessign all the FCR&D work packages under each Campaign to determine if the Quality Rigor Levels designation matches up with the work scope and to see if the QRL designation is consistent with other work packages with similar/same work scope. Anything highlighted in yellow is an area that should be looked into to ensure the work will meet the QAPD requirements. Anything marked in Red are areas I believe need attention to correct an issue or concern.

I wanted to get this to you before your campaign meeting so we can discuss it and answer any questions prior to the meeting. Please forward this onto the work package managers under your campaign so they can review the information as well.
