Converting problem from .msh to NEK5000 format
Hello Neks, I have mesh file .msh format and I was trying to convert into NEK5000 format using mshconvert.py but I face some troubles in the function of scan_fluent_mesh. I get this error : IOError: Something went wrong reading fluent mesh. Could you please tell me why? I can send you the mesh file and it may help you understand the problem. Do I have to change anything in the .msh file normally? Thanks Sijo GEORGE
Sorry mshconvert is not a part of Nek5000 so we cannot offer any support. Can you export your mesh in an exodus format and use the exo2nek script to convert the mesh in a Nek5000 format?
