Dear Mark,

I have incorporated some changes for the BAIJ format to handle different block sizes.

I created a new local branch on my system: 

bramkamp/baij-seq-mpi-addswitchforblocksizes

I am not sure how to commit this to petsc now:

I tried

git push -u origin bramkamp/baij-seq-mpi-addswitchforblocksizes

which seems the way how it is described on https://docs.petsc.org/en/latest/developers/integration/

I think I am not allowed to commit anything to the repository.

Basically I have changed two routines and added a new include file.
