That's fine. We could also add you as an admin to the PETSc account and you can have a SLEPc group so that you could manage permissions for petsc/slepc.git separately from other repositories in our account. Regardless of which you choose, you may as well grab the bitbucket.org/slepc and github.com/slepc namespaces in case you ever want to use them.
