we, i.e. michael and me will initiate a skype call with chris tomorrow at 1:00
pm your time in order to discuss how to proceed. does this work for everyone? i
think this is what we agreed upon on tuesday.
in the meantime i have extracted a core out of our chemotaxis simulations that i
will upload after today's lab-meeting. the name of that branch will be
chemo_with_core. the core that we set up on monday is not working and it was
too much a pain to try and get our most advanced simulations running with it.
hence i decided to set up another branch with a core directory and a project
branch into which everybody will be able to insert his projects. i hope that
did not interfere with anybody but i don't expect that anybody was actually
trying to develop something with the core directory that was set up on monday.
