It also has information on other training events, presentation materials/video links for the past webinars as well as the Aurora ESP COE workshop held in April 2019. *Aurora ESP Workshop : Two (February 25 - 27, 2020, Argonne National Laboratory)* The second workshop in the Center of Excellence (COE) training series for the Aurora Early Science Program (ESP) will take place February 25-27, 2020, at Argonne National Laboratory. The workshop will be focused on applications and software development for Argonne’s Aurora exascale system. [Note that your institution must have an RSNDA agreement with Intel and you must be listed on our Multiparty Authorization Agreement (MPA) for you to be allowed to attend the workshop]. Regression enrichment python package

Happy new year, I made a python package that contains the code for producing the plots like this: [A screenshot of a cell phone Description automatically generated] Example: pip install numpy matplotlib pip install regression_enrichment_surface Code: import numpy as np from regression_enrichment_surface.regression_enrichment_surface import RegressionDetectionSurface preds, values = np.random.randint(1000, size=1000), np.linspace(0, stop=1000) res.compute(values, preds) res.plot() I am a terrible software engineer so I can’t figure out how to get the documentation to work correctly are barely got it uploaded to PyPi servers. But you can indeed pip install it and it works (for me :), that is). I think this type of analysis should be used in favor of r2 and other normal assumption based metrics for dose-response models and screening models. In general r2 does not show the utility of our models and I’ve found these plots will generally plot a better picture of what is going on. When comparing apples to apples models, you can integrate the contour plot if a single metric is more your flavor. I’ve also branded from the language of detection to enrichment since we work mostly with biologists who understand enrichment rather than detection. Arvind and I are working on a paper which will hopefully publish this method soon.
