Keyspan USB/Serial dongle

Has anyone got a Keyspan Serial Adapter they can give up today to be replaced shortly when a replacement can arrive? We're trying to get Larry Wos's braille terminal working, and we currently believe the issue to be his existing USB-Serial adapter. I can't find anyone locally selling the dongle and I'm not keen on going to something that may not work. -- Craig
