No we can share it! :) Its not a scrip actually, its configured on your templates. On your templets add:
{$Ticket->CcAddresses}
Also, If you have any custom fields and you want to have that displayed:
{$Ticket->FirstCustomFieldValue(2)}
We edited the Admin Correspondence, Correspondence and Admin Comment templates under Global. Yours may be different if you are using special templates in each Queue. Be careful when editing the templates, remember to leave two lines between the header/subject and body/letter.

I have an odd request. I noticed that correspondence with your RT system appends a message that says who is being CC'd to the top of every message. Would it be possible to share that RT scrip with me? We'd really like to use the same thing for ours.
